"We could not finish this sign-up" means a person needs to review the sign-up before its Free words start; email the review code to support, or start on a paid plan instead.
Who this is for
Anyone who saw We could not finish this sign-up while signing up, creating an account or confirming an email address, and the other people on an account whose sign-up is in review.
What happens next
Some sign-ups are held for a person to review before the Free plan's words start.
The page reads "This sign-up needs a manual review. Email {support} with the code below and a person will review it." Under Your review code is the code to send. Copy copies it, and the support address opens an email with the code in its subject.
You have three ways on:
Wait for the review. Email the code, and a person reviews the sign-up. Until then the account's dashboard shows Sign-up in review, and its banner repeats the address and the code.
Start on a paid plan instead, or Choose a paid plan instead. A paid plan starts translating at once, without welcome words.
If you were invited, the page asks "Were you invited to a workspace or an account? Open the invitation link from your email and sign up from that page." Signing up from an invitation joins the team that invited you instead of starting an account of your own.
If you are already signed in, Continue to Transglot takes you to your dashboard.
People in a workspace of an account whose sign-up is in review read "AI translation starts when an owner of this account finishes a sign-up review."
