Work through these in order: the cause is usually the password, the second factor, or single sign-on being enforced on a workspace you did not expect.
Who this is for
Anyone stuck at the sign-in page.
What happens next
You are not asked for a password at all. Your workspace enforces single sign-on, so entering your email sends you to your identity provider. Sign in there.
Your password is refused. Use Forgot your password? on the sign-in form. If the reset email does not arrive, check spam, and check you are using the address the account was created with.
You cannot get past the code prompt. Two-factor codes are time-based, so a phone whose clock has drifted produces codes that are always wrong. Set the clock to update automatically. If the device is gone, use one of the recovery codes you saved when you turned two-factor on. Each works once.
Your passkey does not appear. A passkey lives on the device it was created on. On a different device, sign in with your password instead, then register a passkey there.
You have no workspace after signing in. Signing in worked; you simply are not in a workspace yet. If you are expecting an invitation, open the private link in the invitation email; there is no way to look an invitation up.
Nobody can bypass two-factor for you. Not an owner, not transglot. That is the point of it. If the device and the recovery codes are both gone, the account has to be recovered through support.
