Add a one-time code from your phone to every sign-in.
Who this is for
Everyone, for their own account. Worth insisting on for owners and admins, who can change billing and access.
Before you start
Install an authenticator app on your phone, and have somewhere safe to keep the recovery codes, not the same phone.
Steps
Open Settings, choose You, then Password & sign-in.
Under Two-factor authentication, in the Authenticator app row, start the setup.
Scan the code with your authenticator app.
Enter the pin it shows to confirm.
Save the recovery codes you are given.
What happens next
From then on, signing in asks for a pin after your password.
The recovery codes are the way back if you lose the phone. Each one works once. Nobody at transglot can bypass two-factor for you, which is exactly why the codes matter.
If it doesn't work
If the pin is rejected, check your phone's clock is set automatically. Time-based codes fail when the clock drifts.
If you have lost both the device and the codes, an owner cannot restore your access either; the account has to be recovered through support.
