Filter the editor down to what matters

Narrow thousands of keys to the handful you actually need to work on, and save that view for next time.

Who this is for

Everyone who can open the project.

Steps

  1. In the editor, select Filters.

  2. Under Filter keys, combine any of:

    • Untranslated only

    • a State: AI translated, Human edited or Reviewed

    • Needs review

    • Has glossary issue

    • Has unresolved comment

  3. Clear filters resets everything.

What happens next

The grid reflects the filters immediately, and so does the URL, so a filtered view is a link you can send to a teammate.

To keep a combination, select Save view, give it a name under Name this view, for example "Untranslated German", and Save. It then appears under Views → Saved views, and can be deleted from the same list.

The project overview links straight into filtered views: Review → on a language opens the editor showing only its flagged strings, and Fill gap → opens only its untranslated ones.
