The People page shows who reaches the workspace and what each person can open, the invitations still waiting, and the Owners of the account that holds it.
Who this is for
Admins, and the Owners of the account that holds the workspace. Developers, reviewers and translators do not reach this page.
What happens next
Invite someone at the top opens the invitation dialog.
Account Owners comes first whenever the account's Owners reach the workspace. Each row shows a name, an email address and whether that person holds a second factor, and nothing else: there is no role to pick and no Remove, because the card's note says it is "changed on the account, not here". Its first line reads "They control every workspace in", then the account's name, "and each takes one seat." An Owner of the account also sees Manage, which opens the account's Owners & billing members page, where the account's Owners are added and removed.
Waiting to accept lists the invitations nobody has accepted yet, each with the role it was sent at, what it will reach and when it expires. Resend sits beside one sent at a role you can hand out, and Revoke beside every one.
Who reaches what lists everyone else, with their name and email address, their access (all projects or project-scoped), whether they hold a second factor, and their role. The role is a picker, and Remove takes someone out of the workspace. Both ask you to confirm before anything changes. While nobody but the account's Owners reaches the workspace, the list reads "Nobody else reaches this workspace yet."
Everyone here, the account's Owners included, takes one seat on the account's plan, counted once however many of the account's workspaces they reach, and an invitation holds a seat until it is accepted or expires. A Billing member of the account is not listed: they reach no workspace.
What each role can do is the capability table, worth pointing a new admin at before they start changing roles.
Policy holds the rules that apply to every project: whether a translation needs a second reviewer, and, for an Owner of the account, whether the workspace requires two-factor, with Workspace security beside it.
