Who this is for

Everyone who can open the project. Connecting the in-context editor and deleting captures need higher permissions.

What happens next

The Screenshot library is described as "Connect the in-context editor, then browse the visual context your reviewers capture: every string, in the pixels it ships in."

Captures arrive from the in-context editor, a script you add to your own site that lets a reviewer click a string where it appears and edit it there. What your reviewers saw is the gallery of what they captured.

Screenshots are context, not content: they help a reviewer judge whether a translation fits the space and the situation. They do not change the translation.

If it doesn't work

  • "No screenshots yet" / "Once the in-context editor is connected, reviewer captures land here.": the in-context editor has not sent anything yet.
