Open a Jira issue automatically when translations need review or a source edit needs attention.
Who this is for
Owners and admins, on the Team plan or above.
Before you start
You need your Jira Cloud site address, an account transglot can act as, an API token for it, and the project key issues should be created in.
Steps
Open Integrations, then Jira.
Enter the site address, the account email, the API token and the project key.
Save.
What happens next
When an actionable notification fires, transglot opens an issue in that Jira project.
It is deliberately one-way: transglot to Jira. Nothing you do in Jira changes anything in transglot, so an issue can be closed, moved or triaged by your team without side effects here.
Jira is free on the Team plan.
If it doesn't work
If issue creation fails, check the account whose token you used can create issues in that project.
If your plan is below Team, the card offers Upgrade plan instead.
