What happens next
Email digest: "A rollup of your unread notifications." Set the Frequency; Daily is one of the options, and turning it off entirely is another.
One thing the page states that is easy to miss: "Events marked below as emailed immediately do not wait for the digest." Those events are sent when they happen instead of being rolled up, and they still follow their kind of email and their own switch.
Per-event channels: "Choose which events reach you in-app and by email." A table with a row per event type and a choice of channels for each, so you can keep review requests in your inbox while everything else stays in the app.
These are yours, not the workspace's. Two people in the same workspace can have completely different settings.
