Post batch, comment, review and quality events from your workspace into a Slack channel.
Who this is for
Owners and admins. You also need permission to add an app to the Slack workspace.
Before you start
Create an incoming webhook in Slack for the channel you want the messages in, and copy its URL.
Steps
In Slack, create an incoming webhook for the target channel and copy the URL.
In transglot, open your workspace's overview page.
Paste the webhook URL into the Slack field.
Save.
What happens next
The Slack card on the integrations page changes to connected, with the detail "Incoming webhook configured (stored encrypted)." Events start posting to that channel.
The URL is stored encrypted and never sent back to the browser. To point at a different channel, paste a new URL over the old one.
If it doesn't work
If nothing arrives, re-check the webhook in Slack: a revoked or deleted webhook fails silently on Slack's side.
The same steps work for Microsoft Teams, Discord, Google Chat and Mattermost, each with its own field. Telegram takes a bot token and a chat id instead of a URL.
