Point transglot at a URL of yours and choose which project events it should be told about.
Who this is for
Owners and admins. Somebody needs to have built the receiving endpoint first.
Before you start
Have the endpoint's public HTTPS address ready, and be prepared to store the signing secret somewhere your receiver can read it.
Steps
Open the project's Settings → Developer.
Under Webhooks, select New endpoint.
Enter the URL, for example
https://ci.example.com/hooks/transglot.Tick the Events you want.
Create it.
What happens next
Copy your signing secret appears. Copy it now. Like every other secret in transglot it is shown once and stored hashed. Your receiver uses it to verify that a delivery really came from transglot.
The endpoint is listed with a switch to turn it on and off without deleting it, and a Recent deliveries view showing what was sent and letting you redeliver.
If it doesn't work
The URL has to be publicly reachable. An address on a private network is refused, deliberately; otherwise a webhook would be a way to make transglot probe networks it has no business in.
If deliveries fail, check Recent deliveries for what your endpoint actually answered, then redeliver once you have fixed it.
